Grande Prairie GIRLCHOIR: Costs

It is our goal at the Grande Prairie GIRLCHOIR to keep our programs affordable for everyone wanting to take part. We try to keep our fees competitive while maintaining our commitment to offer fine music education by trained music professionals.

We ask all families to take part in fundraising events during the year. These may include things like bottle drives and gift card sales.  These fundraisers help subsidize fees and travel.

Payment plan options are available, and a special fee schedule is available for families with more than one GP GIRLCHOIR singer. Please contact us to find out more: 780-897-7655, info@gpgirlchoir.ca

Payments are accepted by cash or cheque.

2011/12 Fee schedule

$300.00 payable on/or before September 19, 2011 (includes a $50 non-refundable registration fee)

Payments can be broken down into three payments (post-dated cheques) for September 12, October 12, November 12

BASIC FEES: $300 Yearly Tuition (includes the $50 non-refundable registration fee & $25 Uniform Rental)

Refund Policy

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit with all registrations. You will receive a full refund of all other fees if your child withdraws from the program by October 15/11.  After October 15 there will be no refund.

Other Costs

·         Other uniform requirements purchased by the singers:

·         Elektra Choir- new top (exact style/cost TBA; previous tops cost $20)

·         Elektra Choirs- navy tights & black shoes purchased independently

·         All Singers-Grande Prairie GIRLCHOIR t-shirt purchased from the choir

All new singers receive a Grande Prairie GIRLCHOIR bag.  

 Other costs during the year may include:

·         optional choral workshops (cost varies according to clinician)

·         social and recreational events (cost varies according to the event)
